1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe). We also collect photos and media you upload to the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide the Service: storing your photos, creating galleries, enabling sharing with your clients, and processing payments. We do not use your photos for marketing, AI training, or any purpose other than delivering the Service.

3. Photo Storage & Security

Your photos are stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS S3) with encryption. Access is controlled through unique, private links that you create and share. We do not access, view, or analyze your photos.

4. Client Access

When you share a gallery link with your clients, they can view and download photos without creating an account. Gallery passwords, when set, provide an additional layer of access control.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Supabase — authentication and database
AWS S3 — photo storage
Stripe — payment processing
Vercel — hosting

Each provider has its own privacy policy and security standards.

6. Data Retention

Your photos and account data are kept as long as your account is active. When you delete a gallery, the photos are permanently removed from our servers. When you delete your account, all associated data is removed.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Your Rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time through your account settings. You can also contact us to request data deletion.
